Job Title: JRWHH RN Charge Nurse

Position summary: Case management of hospice house patients. Serve as liaison between physicians and other service providers. Insure continuity of care and treatment plan implementation.  Perform routine RN duties, monitor infection control, make meaningful observations, write brief, accurate reports, and participate in continuing education. Promote a quality hospice program. Promote a team approach to hospice care.

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain current Arkansas RN license

• Minimum of three years nursing experience

•  Possess ability to make meaningful observations, write brief, accurate reports, ability to recognize the needs of people and maintain a good relationship with them

• Have experience in the areas of grief and loss with the ability to recognize and relate to the problems of grieving families

• Possess ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients/families/caregivers, and other employees of LTHH.

• Possess ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

• Have dependable transportation with current liability coverage and valid driver’s license.

• Good standing with State of Arkansas background check and Federal Bureau of Investigation Check if employed outside the state of Arkansas within the previous 5 years.

Position summary: Responsible assisting in the Public Relations Manager as directed. Duties include creating printed materials and maintaining data bases for the SHARE Foundation annual golf tournament. Working as a staff member during the golf tournament, assisting with all aspects of preparation, registration, and clean up or other duties as directed.  Responsible for assisting the Public Relations Manager with employee/public relations activities as needed. Flexible scheduling with less than a 1000 hours worked annually based on department needs. Minimal weekend work required during the golf tournament.

Qualifications:

• Two years administrative experience required.

• Experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, or similar field preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and MS Office required.

• Must be professional, well organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Should function well at a fast pace and be able to adjust to deadlines and changes.

• Creativity and initiative are essential.

Position summary: Responsible for safety, service and cleanliness of the Aquatic Center. Assigns cleaning responsibilities to lifeguards on duty. Inspects record keeping and equipment daily. Ensures that first aid supplies are always fully stocked. Assists with the scheduling of other lifeguards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or currently enrolled in public education.

• Current Lifeguard, CPR and first aid certifications are required. (The cost for re-certification will be reimbursed by HFC.)

• Working knowledge of life guarding and chemical testing skills required.

Position summary: Provide state of art group exercise classes which positively impact the health and fitness of all participants. Responsible for providing fun, motivating and safe instruction to participants regardless of their fitness level or skill.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years aerobic class teaching experience in a health club environment. 
• Minimum two year experience in health center environment or educational equivalent.
• Certification required in health and fitness field from nationally recognized certifying agency (ACE, AFAA, ACSM). 
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid required must be obtained with in 90 days of hire. The cost for CPR certification will be reimbursed by HFC. 
• Must possess excellent communication, motivational, rhythm and timing skills. 
• Must possess competent knowledge of exercise principals, health risks and exercise class design programs.
• For this position a certification for Stott Pilates is preferred.
